A City Harvest truck will be parked in front of the Hirschfeld (302 W. 45th St.) and accepting canned donations from 4-7 PM. Cast members from Hair will be on hand to greet generous New Yorkers beginning at 6 PM.
Those who donate non-perishable food items will have the chance to win tickets to see Hair on Broadway. In keeping with the themes of the 1960s-set musical, the cast of the iconic show has participated in numerous humanitarian efforts throughout the year, including the Equality March in Washington, DC.
