The event is open to the public and will provide free hair cuts from Bumble and bumble stylists to all who attend. Tickets for Hair will be raffled off every hour, and cast members will appear throughout the event to encourage participants.

The hair collected will be donated to Matter of Trust, an environmental non-profit that is dedicated to cleaning up oil spills. The hair will be stuffed into donated nylon stockings to create absorbent booms to help contain the current oil spill in the Gulf.

No appointment or hair length is required.

Hair is currently running at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre.
