Broadway News Hamilton Alum Syndee Winters Will Return to Broadway’s The Lion King After making her Broadway debut as Nala in 2012, Winters returns to the role this week at the Minskoff Theatre.

Broadway’s The Lion King is set to welcome the return of Syndee Winters to the role of Nala at the Minskoff Theatre this week.

Winters, who takes over for Adrienne Walker, made her Broadway debut with the role in 2012 and has gone on to appear in the Broadway productions of Hamilton, Pippin, and Motown. She also appeared in Fox’s live broadcast of Jesus Christ Superstar.

The Lion King company also features Bradley Gibson as Simba, Stephen Carlile as Scar, L. Stephen Taylor as Mufasa, Tshidi Manye as Rafiki, Cameron Pow as Zazu, Ben Jeffrey as Pumbaa, Fred Berman as Timon, Chinua Baraka Payne and Jesus Del Orden alternating in the role of Young Simba, and Mikee Castillo and Suri Marrero alternating as Young Nala.
