News Hamilton Shares More Stunning Cast Photos Using 19th Century Camera Lens Photographer Josh Lehrer has taken photographs of the Broadway cast of Hamilton using a camera lens from the mid 1800's. To date, three of the beautiful, sepia-toned images have been shared by the show's official Twitter page; Javier Muñoz, who shares the role of Hamilton alongside the show's creator Lin-Manuel Miranda, is the latest portrait shared on social media.

Lehrer is a New York-based advertising, lifestyle and portrait photographer who has worked extensively in the theatre and entertainment industries. His personal project "Becoming Visible," images of homeless transgender youth, similarly used cyanotype, an 1840's invention that produces photographs with a distinctly blue tone. See more here
