News Harriet Harris Will Join Christian Borle in NBC Pilot "Lifesaver" Tony Award winner Harriet Harris, most recently on Broadway in Cinderella, has landed a role in the NBC pilot "Lifesaver," according to Deadline.com.

The comedy co-stars Tony winner Christian Borle and Jonathan Ryland.

"Lifesaver," according to Deadline, "centers on the uptight, controlling and a bit neurotic Dr. Graham Permenter (Christian Borle) and loose cannon Leon (Jonathan Ryland), who become inextricably linked after Leon saves Graham’s life by giving him a kidney."

Harris has been cast as Borle's mother Liz Parmenter.

Harris won her Tony for her performance in Thoroughly Modern Millie.
