Hoty (Footloose, The Best Little Whorehouse Goes Public, Mamma Mia!, The Will Rogers Follies) is Reno Sweeney, the evangelist-cabaret singer who sets sail with assorted colorful characters on a trans-Atlantic ship in the 1930s. Among her choice numbers in the 1934 musical comedy by Porter, Guy Bolton, P.G. Wodehouse, Howard Lindsay and Russell Crouse are "You're the Top," "I Get a Kick Out of You," "Blow, Gabriel, Blow" and the title tune.

Cavenaugh plays the show's juvenile lead, who seeks the hand of Miss Hope Harcourt, while Reno pines for Sir Evelyn Oakleigh. The actor is a veteran of Broadway's Urban Cowboy and the national tour of Thoroughly Modern Millie.

The TUTS cast also includes Kaytha Coker as Hope Harcourt; George Dvorsky as Sir Evelyn Oakleigh; Robert Creighton as Moonface; Jennifer Cody as Bonnie; Kevin Cooney as Elisha J. Whitney; Susan Shofner as Mrs. Harcourt; Ron Solomon as Captain; and Jim Shaffer as Bishop Dodson.

The company also includes Will Armstrong, Purdy Baumann, Heather Cole Moses, Katie Clark, Kayleen Clements, Kurt Domoney, Rob Flebbe, Greg Gordon, Freddie Kimmel, Julia Krohn, Brittany Marcin, Brent McBeth, Jonathan McVay, Katie O'Shaunessy, Patricia Salvo, Jeromy Smith, Kristyn Smith, Ron Solomon, Michael Susko, Jia Taylor, with Rachel Droulliard, Nathan Madden, Jamie Mills and Manuel Santos.

Roy Hamlin, TUTS' associate artistic director, will stage the revival, with musical direction by conductor John Visser. Gregory Daniels will choreograph, while Richard Winkler will serve as Lighting Designer and Christopher "Kit" Bond will serve as Sound Designer. Performances are at the Hobby Center in Houston.
