The adult-themed production, which is being presented by Henson Alternative and WestBeth Entertainment, will play the Union Square March 17-May 29, according to Variety. Opening is April 1. Patrick Bristow will direct the puppet improv, in which "six puppeteers improvise a series of songs and sketches based on interactions with the aud[ience]. Puppet hijinks are filmed and projected on screens at either side of the stage, while the puppeteers perform onstage in full view of the audience," according to the industry paper.

Creator Henson will also perform in the show.

The new production is a revamped version of Puppet Up! — Uncensored, which played the HBO Comedy Fest, the Edinburgh Fest and the Comedy Fest in Vegas.
