The Square Peg Productions Holiday Benefit will feature Tom Kitt and Amanda Green, composer and lyricist, respectively, of the new Broadway musical High Fidelity. Kitt will perform with his band, The Tom Kitt Band, and the 7 PM performance will also feature several surprise guests.
Square Peg Productions was founded in 2006 by Sara Katz, Douglas Mercer and Betsey Katz. The company's mission is to "foster the creation of original work by emerging playwrights in order to develop a new generation of writers who engage New York audiences in a thought provoking, challenging, and unpredictable theatrical experience."
