To celebrate, Memphis hosted a BBQ open to the public at Broadway’s Shubert Alley June 3. Guests who attended the BBQ were asked to make a small donation to the Children’s Miracle Network. Besides pitching in for a great cause, the public also enjoyed a special performance from the current Memphis cast and a BBQ lunch provided by A&P.
You can continue to show your support for the cause throughout the summer. Beginning July 4, customers at all A&P, Pathmark, Food Emporium, Waldbaum’s, Food Basics, Super Fresh and Best Cellars stores will be asked to make a donation to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at the register. Those who donate will also receive a special discount offer for tickets to Memphis on Broadway. The promotion will run through the end of July in more than 360 stores along the eastern seaboard.
