Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Lin-Manuel Miranda are set to host a fundraiser for President Joe Biden's reelection campaign at the April 3 performance of Broadway's Suffs, The New York Times reports. Clinton is co-producing the new musical, which begins previews March 26 at the Music Box Theatre ahead of an April 18 opening night.

Miranda previously was part of the Broadway for Biden fundraiser concert held in September 2023. He and Clinton also collaborated on a special fundraising performance of Hamilton in 2016, while Clinton was campaigning for presidency.

Set in the years leading up to the 19th amendment, Suffs explores the Women's Suffrage movement's victories and failures with a book, music, and lyrics by Shaina Taub. The musical previously had a sold-out run at the Public Theater in 2022. Jill Furman and Rachel Sussman are producing the Broadway premiere, with Clinton and Malala Yousafzai as co-producers.
