News Honeymoon in Vegas Will Arrive on Broadway in November; Initial Casting Announced Honeymoon in Vegas, the new musical based on the 1992 film of the same name, will arrive on Broadway this fall. Previews are scheduled to begin Nov. 18 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, currently the home of the Tony-nominated revue After Midnight.

Directed by Gary Griffin, the musical, which played a critically acclaimed engagement last year at New Jersey's Paper Mill Playhouse, will officially open on Broadway Jan. 15, 2015.

An exclusive ticket pre-sale through Audience Rewards will begin June 30 at 10 AM. Single tickets for the production will go on sale July 7 via Ticketmaster.com.

Honeymoon in Vegas features a book by Andrew Bergman ("Blazing Saddles," "Fletch") and a score by three-time Tony Award winner Jason Robert Brown.

The cast will be led by Emmy and Golden Globe Award nominee Tony Danza, Tony nominee Rob McClure and Brynn O'Malley (Annie, Sunday in the Park with George). All three starred in the Paper Mill production.

Denis Jones will choreograph. The musical, according to press notes, "tells the story of Jack Singer (Rob McClure), a regular guy with an extraordinary fear of marriage, who finally gets up the nerve to ask his girlfriend Betsy (Brynn O'Malley) to marry him. But when they head to Las Vegas to get hitched, smooth talking gambler Tommy Korman (Tony Danza), looking for a second chance at love, falls head over heels for Betsy. What happens next is anybody's bet!"

Honeymoon in Vegas is produced by Dena Hammerstein; Roy Gabay; Rich Entertainment Group; Dan Farah; Metro Card, Inc.; Dan Frishwasser; King's Leaves LLC; Leslie Greif/Thom Beers; Suzi Dietz & Lenny Beer; Howard Hoffman/Anna Czekaj; Important Musicals LLC; Sharon Karmazin; Krauss Freitag/Boyle Koenigsberg; L.G. Scott; Rick Steiner; Martin Markinson; Ruth & Steve Hendel/Ken Greiner; in association with Paper Mill Playhouse.

Additional casting and creative team will be announced in the coming weeks.
