The dramatic triptych is made up of Foote's Blind Date, The One-Armed Man and The Midnight Caller. Harrison, TX, will officially open Aug. 14 for a run through Sept. 15.
Harrison, TX, which explores the "humor, darkness, and romance of the people of the titular town," includes the playwright's daughter, Tony nominee Hallie Foote (Dividing the Estate), as well as Tony nominee Jayne Houdyshell (Follies, Well), Mary Bacon (Eccentricities of a Nightingale, Rock 'N' Roll), Evan Jonigkeit (High), Devon Abner (Dividing the Estate), Jeremy Bobb (Is He Dead?, Shipwrecked), Alexander Cendese (A View From the Bridge), Andrea Lynn Green (Giant) and Jenny Dare Paulin (Dividing the Estate).
The production has scenic design by Marion Williams, costume design by Kaye Voyce, lighting design by Tyler Micoleau, and original music and sound design by Broken Chord.
Primary Stages premiered Foote's Dividing the Estate prior to its Tony Award-nominated Broadway run in 2008.
