In a community where giving back is as important as a standing ovation, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS’ Care-Tix program offers theatregoers the chance to see the hottest shows and donate to charity.
Care-Tix sells house and premium tickets to both long-running shows (including Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, and Wicked) and newer shows (such as Ain’t Too Proud, Hadestown, and Moulin Rouge!).
Also on sale are tickets to Off-Broadway shows, Equity national tours, select music and dance events, and regional theatre productions.
The program works by making Care-Tix purchases a tax-deductible donation to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The cost is usually twice the face value with half being the donation, but this varies show by show.
Care-Tix patrons will get tailored customer service from a personal theatre concierge. The house seats are hand-picked by producers and are generally the best in the theatre and cannot be purchased online or in-person at the box office.
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is one of the nation’s leading industry-based, nonprofit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organizations.
