It's been a tough year for touring shows, but How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying will finish out its year on the road June 1, when the Frank Loesser musical plays its last performance in Grand Rapids, MI's DeVos Hall. The tour, which stars Ralph Macchio as J. Pierrepont Finch, began in Baltimore back on May 28, 1996.

The tour also features Pam Blair (A Chorus Line) as Hedy La Rue, Shauna Hicks as Rosemary, Susann Fletcher as Smitty, John Deyle as Bert Bratt, Richard Thomsen as J.B. Biggley, and Michael Cone as Twimble/Womper. Atlantic Theatre (NYC) veteran Todd Weeks, who played Pryor in the national tour of Angels In America, has replaced Roger Bart as the conniving Bud Frump.

Like the Broadway production of Loesser's musical satire on corporate culture, the tour is directed by Des McAnuff.

Macchio, of Karate Kid renown, has appeared off-Broadway in Only Kidding! and Cuba and His Teddy Bear.

Here are the remaining stops for the tour (reported, but unconfirmed, June dates in Providence, RI, and Milwaukee, WI, did not materialize): Cleveland (Palace Theatre) April 1-13

Nashville (T-PAC) April 15-20

Charlotte, NC (Ovens Auditorium) April 22-27
