According to press notes, "It's a casual and open playground for artists to meet and share new work."
The evening will take place at the Times Square Arts Center (300 W. 43rd Street).
The Oct. 2 lineup will include music and lyrics from Sammy Buck, Andre Catrini, Russ Kaplan, Sam Salmond and Sara Wordsworth.
The Songwriters' Salon is conceived and directed by Colton Pometta.
Performers for the lineup will include Lindsay Mendez, Nick Cearley, Ben Crawford, James Donegan, Karen Elliott, Brad Greer, Sarah Lasko, Alyse Alan Louis, Eric Morris, Jeremy Morse, Alaina Mills and Hana Slevin.
