News Husband and Wife Keir Dullea and Mia Dillon Will Lead Cast of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof at Tennessee Williams Fest Real-life husband and wife Keir Dullea and Mia Dillon will play Big Daddy and Big Mama in Tennessee Williams' Pulitzer Prize-winning play Cat on a Hot Tin Roof at the 8th Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival, "50% Illusion: Tennessee Williams and Women," which will be held Sept. 27-29 in Provincetown.

In the production from the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater (WHAT), Dullea — who played Brick, Big Daddy's son, in the 1974 Broadway production of Cat alongside Elizabeth Ashley and Fred Gwynne — and Tony nominee Dillon (Crimes of the Heart) will be joined by Madeleine Lambert as Maggie and Steven De Marco as Brick. Elizabeth Falk will direct.

"Gwynne was magnificent as Big Daddy," said Dullea in a statement. "He inspired me to want to play that role. His voice rings in my ears today. I'll be reaching deep to find that voice within myself."

Dullea and Dillon have been married 15 years and met while reading "Selected Shorts" for NPR. The appeared together in the tour of Deathtrap and the film "Isn't it Delicious."

The Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival is the nation's largest performing arts festival dedicated to "celebrating and expanding the understanding of American's great playwright."
