The Off-Broadway musical comedy, I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change, hits its 1,500th performance March 6 at New York City's Westside Theatre. The hit revue about dating, romance, marriage, lovers, husbands, wives, in-laws and more will tally more performances than the original runs of The King and I, Guys and Dolls, Cabaret.
Kelly Anne Clark, Jordan Leeds, Kevin Pariseau and Cheryl Stern star. Joe DiPietro (book and lyrics) Jimmy Roberts (composer) have had success with the show throughout the world, in more than 20 resident stagings.
Joel Bishoff directs in New York staging, which one critic famously regarded as being like "Seinfeld" set to music.
