News Ian McKellen and Derek Jacobi Will Be TV's "Vicious Old Queens" Tony Award winners Ian McKellen and Derek Jacobi will co-star in a new comedy for British ITV, titled "Vicious Old Queens," to be produced by "Family Guy" executive producer Gary Janetti, according to the Star on Sunday.

The stage veterans will star as a catty older couple living in London's Covent Garden neighborhood. So far, six 30-minute episodes are in production.

McKellen last appeared on Broadway in Dance of Death. His numerous credits include Amadeus, Wild Honey and The Promise. His film credits include "Gods and Monsters," "Lord of the Rings," "X-Men" and "Bent."

Jacobi's Broadway credits include Uncle Vanya, Breaking the Code, Cyrano and The Suicide. His screen appearances include "The King's Speech," "Endgame," "Gosford Park" and "Titanic: Blood and Steel."
