News "I'd Do Anything" Finalist Niamh Perry to Star in New Musical Only the Brave Niamh Perry, one of the "Nancy" finalists in the "I'd Do Anything" BBC-TV reality competition, has been cast in the new musical Only the Brave, which will make its world premiere at the 2008 Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

The production, which will be presented July 31-Aug. 25 at 6:15 PM, will co-star Keith Jack, one of the "Joseph" contestants in the "Any Dream Will Do" reality competition. A director will be announced shortly. Only the Brave features music by Matthew Brind, lyrics by Brind and Stephen Coleman and book by Coleman and Rachel Wagstaff. The musical, according to press notes, is described as such: "Set against the tumultuous backdrop of the Second World War, Only the Brave is a passionate new musical inspired by the true life stories of men and women who lived, loved, and fought for freedom. A husband and wife separated by war; a soldier and a nurse who find true love on the battlefield; and a band of soldiers who would give up their lives for one another."

Only the Brave will play the George Square Theatre in Edinburgh. Tickets, priced £6-£25.00, are available by calling 0131 662 8740.
