News Idina Menzel Will Play Los Angeles; More Tour Dates Added Tony Award winner Idina Menzel, who made her New York Philharmonic debut in February at Avery Fisher Hall, will play Los Angeles' Greek Theatre Oct. 22. The evening will feature the Pasadena Pops conducted by Marvin Hamlisch.

June 7 at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville, TN
June 25 at the Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, OH
July 2 at the Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH
July 9 at the Delta Classic Chastain Park Amphitheater (with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra) in Atlanta, GA
July 17 at the Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO
July 30  at the Deer Valley Outdoor Amphitheater in Park City, UT
Sept. 17 at Kleinhans Music Hall in Buffalo, NY
Oct. 14-16 at Jones Hall in Houston, TX

Menzel won a Tony Award for Leading Actress in a Musical for her work as Elphaba in Wicked; she also opened the London production of that hit musical. Menzel created the role of Maureen in the original Broadway company of Rent, and her other theatrical credits include the City Center Encores! production of Hair, Manhattan Theatre Club's The Wild Party, the Public Theater's See What I Wanna See and the benefit Funny Girl concert. Menzel's screen credits include "Glee," "Ask the Dust," "Rent" and "Enchanted."
