Roundabout Theatre Company’s world-premiere production of Lindsey Ferrentino’s play Amy and the Orphans is set to begin performances Off-Broadway February 1 ahead of an official opening March 1. The limited engagement, starring American Horror Story’s Jamie Brewer, will play through April 22 at the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre.

Brewer stars as Amy, a woman with Down syndrome who helps her family come to terms with their father’s death. Completing the cast are Tony winner Debra Monk, Mark Blum, Vanessa Aspillaga, Diane Davis, and Josh McDermitt.
