Parsons will sit down with host James Lipton for the June 18 at 8 PM ET broadcast; check local listings.
Parsons is a four-time Emmy winner best known for his work on TV's "The Big Bang Theory."
"Having an incredibly well-rounded, successful run in theater, film and television, Jim Parsons arrived on our stage for one of the most joyful—and hilarious—evenings in the 21-year history of Inside the Actors Studio," host Lipton said in a statement.
Parsons was previously seen on Broadway in Harvey and The Normal Heart.
