News Intiman Casts Essandoh, Boston, Robinson and Moore in 2009 Season Initial casting has been revealed for the Intiman productions of Othello, A Thousand Clowns and Crime and Punishment.

Hana Lass, Todd Jefferson Moore and Galen Joseph Osier comprise the cast of Crime and Punishment, to run March 29-May 3. Associate director Sheila Daniels stages the 90-minute adaptation of Dostoyevsky's work penned by Marilyn Campbell and Curt Columbus.

Following will be Herb Gardner's 1963 Tony-winning play A Thousand Clowns. Matthew Boston, Nick Robinson, Bradford Farwell, Timothy Hyland, Julie Jesneck and David Pichette will appear in the production May 15-June 17, under the direction of Sari Ketter.

Tony-winning director and Intiman artistic director Bartlett Sher will direct Ato Essandoh in the title role of Othello. The Shakespeare work will run July 2-Aug. 2.

Casting for the late August production of Joan Didion's The Year of Magical Thinking has not been revealed.
