The Old Globe Theatre announced the appointment of Jack Eldon as Director of Marketing. Eldon is presently Director of Tour Marketing for Walt Disney Theatrical Productions Ltd. in New York City. During his tenure he has created and implemented plans for the world premiere of The Lion King and Aida as well as the long-running North American tour of Beauty and the Beast. He has also worked for Cameron Mackintosh/Alan Wasser Associates as The Phantom of the Opera marketing director and press representative.In the position of Director of Marketing, Eldon will lead sales and institutional marketing efforts and all other facets of promoting the Old Globe Theatre.
