At 6 PM Hoffman will offer a half-hour taste of the original songs that are featured on the 20-track recording captured by PS Classics live during her sold-out Joe's Pub engagement last winter.

"Hoffman is at her shockingly-inappropriate best: salty, saucy and uncensored," according to PS Classics. "Here she leaves no comic stone unthrown, targeting everything from West Side matrons to public displays of affection, from the vagaries of show business to her own mortality. Hoffman's unique blend of cynicism, stand up, and original songs will make you realize why her shows at Joe's Pub are the stuff of New York legend. This album is not for the warm and fuzzy, politically correct or faint of heart."

Michael Schiralli directed the Joe's Pub presentation, which featured musical direction by Bobby Peaco.

Her other theatrical credits include Xanadu, The Sisters Rosensweig, Regrets Only, Book of Liz (Obie Award), Straightjacket, Incident at Cobbler's Knob and One Woman Shoe (Jeff Award). Hoffman has been seen on screen in "Legally Blonde II," "Kissing Jessica Stein," "Garden State," "Mo' Money" and "Freaky Friday."
