James Whitmore will portray American humorist Will Rogers in George Spota's Will Rogers U.S.A. April 10-11 at Queens Theatre in the Park. A pioneer of the one man show form, Whitmore has played Will Rogers for more than 25 years. He was nominated for two Academy Awards, one for his performance as Harry S. Truman in "Give 'Em Hell Harry!" and one for best supporting actor for "Battleground." Awarded a Special Tony Award in 1948, he has also toured the country as Teddy Roosevelt in Bully!.

Tickets are $27 and available by calling the Queens Theatre at (718) 760-0064. The Queen Theatre in the Park is located in Flushing Meadows Corona Park.
