Jack and Jill, the romantic comedy voted best new play of 1996 by the American Theatre Critic’s Association, has extended its run at Sacramento, CA’s B St. Theatre through Aug. 10. Kurt Johnson and Jamie Jones star as Jack and Jill, a married couple whose relationship is chronicled by the play through marriage, divorce and reconciliation. Jack and Jill marks the directorial debut of Michael Stevenson.

Playwright Jane Martin's identity is a mystery. She is rumored to be one or as many as three people working out of the Actor’s Theatre of Louisville. Previous plays by Martin include Keely And Du, Criminal Hearts and Talking With..., which won the 1994 ATCA New Play award.
