Actor David Lim posted the news on Twitter, writing, “Wrapping up Ep. 10 with Hamilton himself. What a trip. Pleasure having you @JMunozActor!”
Muñoz responded, “Now that it’s done I can share that I was hella nervous today!! Thanks for the warm welcome; the pleasure was mine.”
On the series, which airs Sunday evenings at 10 PM ET, Muñoz will play the role of Gabriel Carrera, who works in DC with his husband, played by Nick Westrate.
Muñoz has also been seen on Broadway in another Tony-winning Lin-Manuel Miranda musical, In the Heights.
