The free, ten-concert series will run Thursdays June 3-Aug. 5 at MetroTech in downtown Brooklyn. Concerts take place from 12-2 PM on the lawn of MetroTech commons. Danny Kapilian produces. Holliday, who earned a Tony for creating the role of Effie White in the original Broadway production of the Motown musical Dreamgirls, will be backed by the Uptown Horns for the June 3 concert.
