Emmy winner Ryan Seacrest will host the evening, which will be broadcast live on CBS beginning at 9 PM ET.
The concert will also feature the talents of the pop band MAGIC!, Afrojack, Duran Duran, Jennifer Lopez, KISS, Miranda Lambert, Nico & Vinz, Pitbull, Rita Ora, The Band Perry and Usher.
"Fashion Rocks," which celebrates the relationship between fashion and music, will be executive-produced by Richard Beckman and Don Mischer of Don Mischer Productions. Seacrest will also receive an executive producer credit.
