Stepping into the Broadway roles of the morally ambivalent Berlin nightclub singer, Sally Bowles, and the American writer, Cliff, on March 2 at Studio 54 are Mary McCormack (Mrs. Howard Stern in the film "Private Parts") and folksy actor Boyd Gaines (the Roundabout's Company and She Loves Me).

Leigh's performance was generally regarded as more vulnerable than original, Tony Award-winning star Natasha Richardson. Leigh is best known for movie roles in "Single White Female" and "Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle."

The hit London-originated revival of the 1966 John Kander-Fred Ebb musical is based on Christopher Isherwood1s "Berlin Stories" and John Van Druten's play about the tales, I Am a Camera.

Still with the show are Tony Award-winner Alan Cumming (as the androgynous Emcee), Blair Brown (Schneider) and original cast members Denis O'Hare (Ernst), Michele Pawk (Kost) and Tony-winner Ron Rifkin (Schultz). For tickets and information on Cabaret at Studio 54 call (212) 239 6200.
