When the Showtime comedy returns, it will have jumped ahead three years, with Nancy Botwin (Mary-Louise Parker) and company in New York.
Leigh, currently starring in The House of Blue Leaves, will return to the series as Jill Price-Grey, sister to Botwin.
Short (Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me, Little Me, The Goodbye Girl) will play an eccentric attorney in at least three New York episodes, and Quinn (A Streetcar Named Desire) is set to play an investment firm CEO in at least four episodes.
Schreiber (Desire Under the Elms, Awake and Sing!) will guest star, playing an army supply sergeant. Other guest stars will include Lindsay Sloane, David Clennon, Olga Sosnovska and Gary Anthony Williams.
"Weeds" centers on Botwin, a former suburban mom-turned-pot dealer. In the seventh season, she will be completing probation in a strictly monitored halfway house in New York. The series also features Justin Kirk, Hunter Parrish, Alexander Gould and Kevin Nealon. The seventh season will begin in June. For more information and show times, click here.
