"Bronx Warrants," which centers on a group of Bronx-based warrant detectives, is created and produced by Dean Lorey ("Arrested Development," "My Wife and Kids"), Denis Leary ("Rescue Me") and Jim Serpico.
Tony Award nominee Scott Ellis (Curtains, 1776, Steel Pier) directed the pilot, which featured Phillips as Adele, the wife of DeStefano, who is played by Robert Kelly. Also in the cast is stand-up comedian Godfrey.
"Bronx Warrants" is based on the life of co-producers David Joglar and Richard Wetzel. Tom Sellitti is a co-executive producer on the pilot.
Phillips has also been seen on Broadway in Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Next to Normal and The Scarlet Pimpernel.
Segarra made his Broadway debut in last season's Lysistrata Jones.
