From drag bars to Broadway, and now—New York's preeminent concert hall. Two-time RuPaul's Drag Race winner Jinkx Monsoon will play a one-night-only concert at Carnegie Hall February 14, 2025. Along with starring, Monsoon is directing the concert performance.

Monsoon made her Broadway debut with an extended run as Matron "Mama" Morton in Chicago in 2023, one of several recent star castings that sent the long-running revival's box office soaring.

The evening's title and premise is being kept under wraps for now, though press notes share that Monsoon will be backed by a "first rate band" and will be joined by special guests for both original songs and cover performances that span a number of genres, including cabaret, blues, showtunes, torch songs, rock, and pop.

"I truly don’t know what to say—my whole life, I’ve listened to my idols’ voices as they sung on the stage of Carnegie Hall… and now I get to join them in the pantheon?," Monsoon says in a statement. "All I know is, I’m thrilled and humbled and ready!"

Tickets are currently available as part of Carnegie Hall's subscription packages. A general sale will begin August 12.
