Comedienne Joan Rivers returns to the New York stage with her latest dose of celebrity dish at the Laurie Beechman Theatre beginning Aug. 4.

Presented Tuesdays and Wednesdays through Aug. 20, the legendary comic promises her signature slant on "Hollywood, pop culture, celebrities, and award show fashions." Joan Rivers earned a Best Actress Tony nomination for her 1994 play Sally Marr...and Her Escorts, which she co-wrote with Erin Sanders and director Lonny Price. She made her Broadway debut in Fun City and later joined the cast of Neil Simon's Broadway Bound. She was a regular guest-host for Johnny Carson on "The Tonight Show" and also hosted "The Joan Rivers Show." The Comedy Central Roast of Joan Rivers is scheduled to air on Aug. 9, and Rivers will host "How'd You Get So Rich?" for TV Land on Aug. 5.

Her Beechman performances will be Tuesdays at 9 PM and Wednesdays at 8 PM. A portion of the $30 cover will benefit God's Love We Deliver and Guide Dogs for the Blind. There is a $15 food and drink minimum at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. For tickets, phone (212) 352-3101 or visit SpingCycleNYC.

The Laurie Beechman Theater is located within the West Bank Cafe at 407 West 42nd Street.
