Rivers will play the Beechman April 6, 7 and 27 at 8 PM. Net proceeds will go to Rivers' favorite charities: God's Love We Deliver and Guide Dogs for the Blind. Rivers, according to press notes, will present an evening of "her newest and most outrageous riffs on 'The Celebrity Apprentice,' Hollywood, pop culture, celebrities, reality TV and award show fashion."

Joan Rivers made her Broadway stage debut in Fun City and later was a replacement player in Neil Simon's Broadway Bound. A stand-up comic making guest-host appearances on "The Tonight Show," Rivers eventually hosted her own talk show, "The Joan Rivers Show." She received a Tony Award nomination for Best Actress for her work in Sally Marr...and Her Escorts — which she also co-wrote. Her most recent theatrical outing was in her autobiographical A Work in Progress by a Life in Progress.

The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located within The West Bank Café at 407 West 42nd Street. For tickets, priced $30, visit www.spincyclenyc.com or call (212) 352-3101.
