News Job Playwright Thomas Bradshaw Teams With Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Films for Untitled HBO Drama Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Films has teamed with playwright Thomas Bradshaw, whose Job was recently given its New York premiere at Off Off-Broadway's Flea, to develop a new hour-long HBO drama series.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the untitled project will center on the first black president of a prestigious liberal arts college who has been thrust into the national headlines and is simultaneously dealing with personal struggles.

Bradshaw, whose other works include Burning, Mary, The Bereaved, Southern Promises, Dawn and Cleansed, will also co-executive produce the series with Winfrey and Kate Forte.
