News Joe's Pub Adds Cerveris and Harry to Free Concert Series, Celebrating Ten Years Tony Award-winner Michael Cerveris and Blondie's Debbie Harry have joined the line-up for the Public Theater's celebration of the tenth anniversary of Joe's Pub.

As previously reported, the free concert series 10 for the 10th commences Oct. 10 with A Tribute to Judy Collins. Among those who will honor Collins in performance are Rufus Wainwright, Shawn Colvin, Jimmy Webb, Amy Speace, Kenny White and Ali Eskandarian. Cerveris, who stars in the upcoming Public production of Sondheim's Road Show, will join Hedwig's John Cameron Mitchell and Penny Arcade for The Stew Songbook on Oct. 12 at 9:30 PM. Rocker Debbie Harry will appear with Roy Nathanson on Oct. 12 at 2:30 PM.

The events also promise Baby Loves Salsa (Oct. 11 at 11 AM), singer-composer-guitarist Raúl Midón (Oct. 11 at 2:30 PM), songwriter Jill Sobule (Oct. 11 at 6 PM), Imani Uzuri Presents Mosaic with special guests (Oct. 11 at 9:30 PM), The Budos Band (Oct. 12 at 12:30 AM), Allen Toussaint (Oct. 12 at 11 AM), Reggie Watts with special guests (Oct. 12 at 6 PM), and BE IN: A Night of Music & Love with members of the Public Theater's cast of Hair (Oct. 13 at 12:30 AM).

Joe's Pub is located within the Public Theater at 425 Lafayette Street. Tickets for the ten free shows will be available by utilizing the Joe's Pub Virtual Line, www.joespub.com.

Here's how to snag free tickets: After registering visitors may log on between midnight Oct. 1 and 11:59 PM Oct. 5 to submit a request for up to two tickets per show. Interested cabaretgoers may select as many shows as they would like to attend. They must then log on again Oct. 6 to see if they have been selected to receive a pair of tickets. The tickets will be held at the box office; a valid photo ID is required.
