Directed by Staller, the 7 PM performance will feature the talents of Tony Award nominees Judy Kuhn (Candida) and Douglas Sills (Morell), with Brandon J. Vukovic as Marchbanks, Alison Cimmet as Prossy, Bill Kux as Burgess and Jordan Coughtry as Lexy.

Candida, according to press notes, "sweeps us through one tumultuous day. An impassioned young poet, Marchbanks, has become a fixture in the home of the foreword thinking Reverend James Morell and his brilliant wife, Candida. By the end of that day, the poet has forced a life-changing decision from Candida that will forever alter the future of all concerned. Along the way, Shaw exhibits his dazzling insights and wicked wit."

Upcoming Project Shaw events include The Devil’s Disciple (Dec. 16), Arms and the Man (Jan. 27, 2014); The Philanderer (February 24); St. Patrick's Day Gala (March 17); An Oscar Wilde Evening (April 14), Heartbreak House (May 12), Getting Married (June 23), A 'Super Shaw' Evening (July 28), Village Wooing (Sept. 29), An Ibsen Evening (Oct. 27), The Millionairess (Nov. 24) and Major Barbara (Dec. 22).

Now in its eighth year, Gingold Theatrical Group's Project Shaw made history in December 2009 as the first company ever to present performances of every one of Shaw's 65 plays (including full-length works, one-acts and sketches).

Symphony Space’s Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theatre is located in Manhattan at 2537 Broadway (at 95th Street). Tickets, priced $30 (senior discounts and Student Rush available), may be purchased by calling (212) 352-3101 or online at www.symphonyspace.org.
