News Juliana Margulies to Star in Fragment at Imperioli's Studio Dante Big TV star Juliana Margulies will inhabit a small theatre space Feb. 9-27 when she performs in Francine Volpe's Late Fragment, the latest attraction at Studio Dante, the new stage created by "Sopranos" actor Michael Imperioli and his wife, Victoria.

Also starring at the 60-seat space will be Michael Rispoli, Will Janowitz, James McCaffrey and Ken Forman. Rispoli and Janowitz have also appeared on "The Sopranos." Playwright Volpe is the company's literary manager and a graduate of the Juilliard playwriting program.

Last fall, Studio Dante, located at 257 West 29th Street, presented Ponies, a new play by Mike Batistick.

Studio Dante was created by the Imperiolis to develop new theatre work. Though best known for "The Sopranos," Imperioli has worked on such New York stage productions as Aven'u Boys, Displaced Persons, Half Deserted Street, The Writing on the Wall and Little Blood Brother. Victoria, meanwhile, has worked in the areas of architecture and design, having studied those disciplines at The School of Visual Arts.
