Julie Andrews, whose production of Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe’s My Fair Lady is now playing the Capitol Theatre in Sydney until October, recently revealed to News.com.au that she is working on her second autobiography.

“I’m writing my second book of memoirs,” Andrew said. “And that’s quite challenging, believe me. I used to keep copious diaries as a kid, so they’ve been quite helpful.”

The currently untitled book would follow her 2008 autobiography, Home: A Memoir of My Early Years, which was a New York Times bestseller. A release date for her follow-up has not been announced.

Andrews, who has been revisiting her childhood diaries and her humble beginnings, added, “Who could have possibly guessed that it would result in this good fortune?…I am a very lucky lady and I know it.”
