Stage and film legend Julie Andrews will be the star of "A Conversation with Julie Andrews," a Nov. 10 event benefitting the Bay Street Theatre of Sag Harbor, Long Island.

Andrews—who has aided the theatre in the past with solo concerts—will discuss her life, offering anecdotes and memories accompanied by film clips. She will then open up the mike to the audience members, which are welcome to ask her any question they like.

Andrews is the mother (with Tony Walton) of Bay Street co-artistic director Emma Walton. She also starred on Broadway in Camelot with Richard Burton, who was once married to Sybil Christopher, Bay Street's other artistic director.

Andrews starred in Broadway in My Fair Lady and Victor/Victoria. Her films include "The Sound of Music," "Mary Poppins" and "Victor/Victoria," directed by her husband Blake Edwards.

Tickets are $125 for the reception and performance, $350 for the reception, performance and dinner at the American Hotel. Call (631) 725 0818. —By Robert Simonson
