Juliet Lambert will return to the role of Fantine in Broadway's Les Miserables June 15. Lambert had performed the part until April 15, when she took a leave of absence and Lisa Capps stepped into the role.
Capps performed the role on tour for two years, including the four weeks in early 1997 when the touring company played on Broadway.
Les Miserables opened on Broadway on March 12, 1987. It is currently playing at the Imperial Theatre.

The musical adaptation officially opened March 21 at the Imperial Theatre.
Nadia DiGiallonardo is the music director for the new musical by Geoffrey Nauffts and Jonatha Brooke.
The production will include Bernstein’s incidental music for Lillian Hellman’s adaptation of The Lark, and Menotti’s The Unicorn, The Gorgon, and The Manticore.
The free Times Square concert was presented by The Broadway Green Alliance and Times Square Alliance.
According to theatrical production group No Guarantees, young people would go to the theatre if they knew about it.
