Guarini, a contestant on the first season of the reality show “American Idol,” has been seen on Broadway in American Idiot and Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown. Last year, he starred as Roger in Surflight’s production of Rent.
The former “Idol” contestant is also scheduled to be a part of an upcoming new musical entitled The Ghost Brothers of Darkland County, which features music and lyrics by John Mellencamp, book by Stephen King and musical direction by T. Bone Burnett.
