News Karen Olivo Lands Recurring Role in CBS' "The Good Wife" Tony Award winner Karen Olivo, currently on Broadway as Anita in the hit revival of West Side Story, has been cast in a recurring role in the CBS-TV series "The Good Wife."

Olivo plays law student Giada Cabrini, who is interning with Will Gardner (Josh Charles), in the acclaimed drama. Her first episode airs May 4 at 10 PM ET. The singing actress will also be seen in the season one finale on May 25.

Olivo is filming her TV role while still starring in West Side Story at the Palace.

"The Good Wife," which was recently picked up for a second season, stars Emmy Award winner Julianna Margulies as "a wife and mother who boldly assumes full responsibility for her family and re-enters the workforce as a defense attorney after her husband's very public sex and political corruption scandal lands him in jail." The series also co-stars Tony and Emmy winner Christine Baranski.

Olivo has also been seen on Broadway in Rent, Brooklyn and In the Heights.
