Music Video Katharine McPhee and Her Waitress Co-Stars Sing Special Rendition of ‘A Soft Place to Land’ for International Women's Day The Sara Bareilles musical officially opened in London's West End March 7.

In celebration of International Women's Day, Katharine McPhee and some of her current Waitress co-stars teamed up to offer a special performance of the musical's "A Soft Place to Land," in which three women confide in each other as they dream of a better life. Take a look above at McPhee, Laura Baldwin, and Marisha Wallace's performance.

McPhee, who takes on the central role of Jenna in the musical's London premiere, took to Twitter to share the video, writing she was "honored to be a part of a project with an all-female creative team and to perform with these incredible women every night."

The musical officially opened at the Adelphi Theatre in the West End March 7. In addition to McPhee as Jenna, Baldwin as Dawn, and Wallace as Becky, the cast includes Jack McBrayer as Ogie, David Hunter as Dr. Pomatter, Peter Hannah as Earl, and Shaun Prendergast as Old Joe.

Waitress was the first Broadway musical to have women in the four top creative team spots: composer Bareilles, book writer Jessie Nelson, director Diane Paulus, and choreographer Lorin Latarro.
