News Kevin Kline and Lewis Black in April 19 Reading of New Weller Play Kevin Kline, Lewis Black, Lisa Emery, Betsy Aidem and Polly Lee will star in an April 19 Hypothetical Theater Company reading of Moomtaj, a new play by Michael Weller. The Fez event will benefit the Hypothetical.

In Moomtaj, a "modern Average Joe finds himself trying to negotiate life in a post-terrorist-attack New York where security and a happy middle class existence seem increasingly unattainable. A visit by his mysterious, slacker half-brother with a forbidden computer brings him back to memories of a gypsy-like childhood in Las Vegas and San Francisco."

Michael Weller's plays include Moonchildren, Loose Ends, and Spoils of War.

In the past, the Hypothetical has produced such Weller works as Ghost on Fire, Buying Time and The Heart of Art.
