News Kiki and Herb Send New York Love with Saint Valentine's Day Show, Feb. 14 Kiki and Herb — who recently played their longest-running and lauded show Coup de Théatre Off-Broadway — return to New York for a special one-night only performance of Kiki & Herb’s Saint Valentine's Day Show.

The show will take place Feb. 14 at the Bowery Ballroom. Doors open at 8 PM with special guest opening acts including Last Town Chorus and Wau-Wau Sisters kicking off the show at 9 PM.

Having sold out the Bowery Ballroom with their holiday Kiki & Herb: The Christmas Show," the duo will now "serenade sweethearts and cynics alike on Valentine's Day," in a show that features new songs and new stories.

The kooky cabaret couple have previously played New York City venues with productions of Jesus Wept and There's a Stranger in the Manger! The team have performed for a guest list that has included Sandra Bernhard, Boy George, Alan Cumming, Janeane Garofalo, Blondie's Deborah Harry, Nathan Lane, Patti LuPone, Joan Rivers, John Cameron Mitchell (Hedwig), Isaac Mizrahi, Stephen Sondheim and Hairspray composer Scott Wittman.

Justin Bond and Kenny Mellman created Kiki & Herb in 1993 and have been embodying their respective alter-egos ever since in various shows. The infamous duo make their way through a number of songs, occasionally taking the off ramp into the brash and boozy bio of the "septuagenarian" (as her press release states) Kiki. As she "drags" us through those unforgettable moments, her shy straight man accompanist Herb tickles the ivories.

Tickets ($20) and more information on Kiki & Herb’s Saint Valentine’s Day Show at the Bowery Ballroom, 6 Delancey Street are available at www.kikiandherb.com.
