Directed by Thomas Sabella-Mills with musical direction by James Stenborg, the cast of the Cole Porter musical will feature Mary Van Arsdel, Kevin Kraft, Jennifer Evans, David Edwards, Robyne Parrish, Gina Milo, John Coughlan and Selby Brown.
In Paris, press notes state, "Mrs. Cora Sabbott (Mary Van Arsdel), an imperious Massachusetts matron, descends on Paris to thwart the 'unsuitable' marriage of her son Andrew (Kevin Kraft) to Vivienne Roland (Jennifer Evans), the darling of the Paris stage. Guy Pennel (David Edwards), Vivienne's devoted dancing partner also schemes to end the engagement. When Cora seems to succumb to the uninhibiting influence of alcohol and Guy's roguish charms, Andrew is both shocked and driven into the arms of a more appropriate match - Cora's traveling companion, the prim Brenda Kay (Robyne Parrish). By the final curtain, Vivienne and Guy recognize their love, and her saucy English maid (Gina Milo), her manager (John Coughlan) and American band-leader (Selby Brown) couldn't be happier."
Songs from the 1928 musical include ""Let's Do It, Let's Fall in Love," "Don't Look at Me That Way," "Let's Misbehave," "Quelque Chose," "Heaven Hop" and "Dizzy Baby."
