News Kristin Chenoweth and Toni Braxton Will Perform at 2013 Breeders' Cup; Andrew Lloyd Webber's Horse to Compete Tony Award winner Kristin Chenoweth and Grammy Award winner Toni Braxton will perform during the 2013 Breeders' Cup telecast Nov. 2, according to the competition's website.

Braxton, who is an upcoming guest star in Broadway's After Midnight, will perform the National Anthem, with Chenoweth (Wicked) slated to perform the Breeders' Cup adopted anthem, "The Best Is Yet to Come." The "Call to Post" will be performed by Richie Sambora on electric guitar.

Viewers will be able to watch the performances on NBC and NBC Sports Network as part of the Breeders' Cup race coverage. The National Anthem and Call to Post will air on NBC Sports Network at 6:35 PM ET and 7:20 PM ET, respectively, and Chenoweth's performance will air as part of the Breeders' Cup Classic coverage on NBC at 8 PM ET.

Additionally, The Fugue, a homebred horse for composer Andrew Lloyd Webber (The Phantom of the Opera) trained by John Gosden, is among the Turf entries in the competition.
